In a disaster situation the ability to move goes hand in hand with the ability to survive, if you can’t move then the odds are high you will be crawling your way to the pearly gates. Momentum is everything, so knowing how to patch yourself up so you can keep moving forward would be advantageous to your survival odds. There are three common injuries that are sustained in falls while exploring the outdoors 1) Fractures aka broken bones, 2) Sprains- overstretched tendon or ligament and 3) Dislocations- popping bones out of a joint or socket.
